Your info, kept simple.
What we collect when you use this site, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our forms: the volunteer sign-up, the sponsor inquiry, the contact form and the vendor application. Depending on the form, that's your name, email, phone number if you give it, your business name and links, and your answers to the form's questions.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you and to plan the show: scheduling volunteers, booking vendor spaces and working with sponsors. If your vendor application is approved, your business name, a short description of what you sell, your categories and your links appear in the vendor directory on this site.
Where it's kept
Form entries are stored on our website, which is hosted by Rocket.net. Our team also gets an email copy of each entry so we can reply quickly. Only our organizing team can see entries.
Spam protection
To stop spam, the site keeps a scrambled version of your IP address for 10 minutes after you send a form, so the same connection can't send dozens in a row. It isn't stored with your entry.
Cookies and maps
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on our About page is from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads. Links to Facebook, Instagram, X and Google Maps take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Questions or changes
Want to see what you've sent us, fix it, or have it deleted? Email sarniapopcultureshow@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
