01 · Before doorsSetup
Get the arena ready before doors open. Move tables, lay out signage, and make sure vendors have what they need to set up their booths.

02 · From 10am
Admissions & door
Welcome attendees, collect tickets, hand out programs and keep the entry moving. The first face people see at the show.

03 · All day
Info booth
Answer questions, hand out maps and point people the right way. You'll know the floor better than anyone by lunch.

Gaming area
Keep the tabletop and interactive area stocked and welcoming. Teach a game, run a demo or just keep things moving.

Teardown
Help vendors pack out and get the arena back to normal after the show. Usually the quickest shift of the day.
